Ownership & Intellectual Property
GrantVision™ and the GrantVision platform, including all software, source code, user interface designs, workflows, templates, documentation, and all related content and materials provided by Vision in Action Business Solutions, LLC (collectively, the "Platform"), are owned by Vision in Action Business Solutions, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
GrantVision™ is a trademark of Vision in Action Business Solutions, LLC.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials that you upload, submit, store, transmit, or generate for your own use within the Platform, including nonprofit formation details, program plans, logic models, SWOT analyses, grant opportunity notes, proposal drafts, attachments, and other outputs (collectively, "Customer Content").
Your content belongs to you. We never claim ownership of your work.
License to Operate the Service
You grant Vision in Action Business Solutions, LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform, provide customer support, prevent or address technical or security issues, and to comply with applicable law.
We do not sell Customer Content.
Customer Content Responsibility
You are responsible for Customer Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to provide it to the Platform and to grant the licenses in these Terms. You agree not to upload content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant Vision in Action Business Solutions, LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate Feedback without restriction or compensation.
